Storefront Door Glass Sizes
We carry 36×84 laminated safety glass sheets in clear and bronze glass. This will accommodate a majority of single-pane commercial door glass replacements. We can order glass to a larger or custom size if required.
Commercial Door and Window Frames
For most aluminum framing systems there will be a metal stop that can be removed to access and replace the glass. Some systems are wet-glazed and the sealant will have to be cut out cleaned and then re-sealed after the glass replacement. This can add time and cost of materials to the job.
Common Storefront Door Glass Tints
We stock laminated glass which can be cut on site for same-day commercial door glass replacements. We stock clear and bronze and have other tints available for order. Laminated glass is a type of safety glass that is 2 pieces of glass sealed together with a laminate film between them. This helps the glass stay in place when broken which offers more security and protection. Tempered glass will need to be measured and ordered. Expect 5-7 day minimum for clear single pane tempered glass and longer turnarounds for custom tints.
